I designed and refined a series of fillable PDF forms for the day-to-day operations of Ukrainian Credit Union Limited. The featured example is the pre-approved personal loan form, a project born out of the necessity to modernize an antiquated, non-fillable format and reorganize it for simplicity and user-friendliness.
The end result is not just a visually refreshed form but a functional tool that streamlines processes. Thoughtful redesign involved condensing and revising information, making the form fillable, and organizing data in a user-friendly manner. Grouping information logically improved the overall user experience, benefiting both staff and credit union members. The updated flyer now serves as an efficient and accessible resource, embodying a seamless blend of aesthetic appeal and practical functionality.
