Tandia initiated a website overhaul in March 2019, collaborating with Central 1 to champion the Forge (Backbase) platform. The new responsive site, built using Central 1's Forge Experience Manager, was launched in November 2019, ensuring adaptability across devices and scalability to meet future needs.
We reviewed the then current information architecture, perceived values of information and the flows, accessibility and responsiveness of the website. What would we define as success?

Recognizing the need for a mobile-responsive website in the age of fintech and increasing smartphone usage, Tandia transformed its digital presence. The revamped site serves as a brand ambassador and offers a mobile-friendly experience for prospective members.
Utilizing supplementary apps such as Dynomapper and Flowmapp, we mapped our old Tandia site. Taking the extra time for this exercise allowed us to create a new site structure that allowed us to target the information we wanted to showcase and created useful user flows to effectively plan our members’ experience and journey through the new website.
For the new site build, I utilized Forge Experience Manager, Central 1’s new website platform. This platform allowed us to build the site in its entirety, while ensuring that it would be adaptive across multiple devices and could easily grow and to meet Tandia and our members’ future needs.
The new Tandia website is user-friendly and responsive across devices, delivering an exceptional omnichannel experience tailored to the device and browser used. It aids members in locating information efficiently and introduces new visitors organically to the brand, offering relevant content. Tandia's website now serves as a digital branch, providing up-to-date product information, advice, and multiple points of engagement.
